First what are you trying to achieve with makeup?

Do you want to look naturally radiant? Like yourself, only better looking? Or do you want Halloween style makeup where makeup is painted on like a mask to hide your features?

If it is the former, the naturally pretty look you are after, well, this article is for you.

    1. Moisturizer
Apply your daily moisturizer and let your skin soak it up. Go for one with SPF15 to give you the protection you need from the aging UV rays of the sun. Spread a tissue paper over your face to blot off the excess.

    2. Concealer.
Do you really need a concealer? If your dark rings are really bad, a yellow toned concealer several shades lighter than your skin tone can lighten it a little. Just apply a little, blend it very well into your skin.

    3. Foundation.
Pick a liquid foundation that suits your skin type. Clinique perfectly real foundation gives you a very natural, no makeup look while Clarins True Radiance Foundation had gold pigments that makes your skin seem to light up from within.

You can use a makeup sponge, a brush or your fingers to apply your foundation.

For the heaviest coverage, use your fingers. Dot foundation on forehead, nose, cheeks and chin and spread the foundation evenly with your fingers all over your face. Blend in the foundation as thoroughly as you can to avoid that streaky finish.

For more transparent coverage, use a makeup sponge. Soak the sponge in water and squeeze out all the excess water completely. When the sponge is damp but not wet (you can’t wring out a single drop of water from it anymore) dot the foundation on the sponge. Squeeze it. Then paint your face with that sponge. Blend thoroughly into your skin for a natural and not freaky finish.

For the lightest coverage possible, for that no-makeup look that still leaves your skin gorgeous, put a little foundation on the back of your hand and pick it up with a brush. Paint that makeup onto your skin with the brush from the center of your face outwards. Blend thoroughly with the clean side of the brush.

Once your foundation is perfect, a touch of mascara on your lashes to open up the eyes and a slick of lip gloss on your lips for that kissable pout would complete your look.

Clarins True Radiance Foundation for a radiant glow or Clinique perfectly real makeup for a no-makeup perfectly made up look.

WHO SHOULD UNDERGO DETOXIFICATION WITH HELP
Experts agree that young children, the elderly, the chronically ill, also those suffering from a serious disease and anyone addicted to drugs or alcohol or who have been exposed to dangerous chemicals, heavy metals or radioactive material SHOULD ONLY UNDERGO DETOXIFICATION WITH THE HELP OF AN APPROPRIATELY QUALIFIED HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER. WHO SHOULD NOT UNDERGO DETOXIFICATION Women who are attempting to be, or who are pregnant, also nursing mothers SHOULD NOT undergo or be on any form of a detoxification program.

    DETOX (Detoxification) EXPLAINED
To Detox is a natural occurrence, which involves the body’s ability to remove toxins stored in its tissues. Sadly due to our bodies being over exposed to environmental and dietary toxins, our innate ability to cope and to be able to naturally and efficiently manage these toxins has and is being compromised, we are becoming toxic.

This can result even before birth. It can result from short-term high-level exposure; it can be the result of lifestyle habits, such as a poor diet, combined with excesses of drugs and alcohol. Toxins can also be generated within our own body, such as acetaldehyde a toxic waste from candida infestations, which can be absorbed into the bloodstream. For many people, the body’s innate natural detox systems cannot cope and process toxins as quickly as they are ingested or generated.

DetoXcell’s unique synergistic blend of powerful nutrient chelating compounds and herbs, are known to be beneficial in aiding and assisting the body to rid itself of debilitating toxins.

    Side-effects of Detoxification
    IMPORTANT NOTE:
As your body starts to detoxify heavy metals and other pollutants you may experience more serious side-effects as the toxins are “flushed” from your system. Side-effects such as jittery nerves, racing pulse, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, sinus congestion, bad breath, body odour and skin eruptions, may occur.

Because DETOX-CELL is such a powerful heavy metal detoxifier, it is suggested that you begin your DETOX-CELL regime gradually over the first few days and build up to the recommended dosage.

If more serious side-effects do occur, reduce your intake of DETOX-CELL to 0.625 grams (one eight of a teaspoon) per day, mixed into 1 litre of filtered water and drink over the course of entire the day. Be sure that you drink at least 8 glasses of quality water per day to help flush out toxins from your body.

You should be on this regime of water for each and every day forever more.

However, if the excess side-effects symptoms are severe and continue to persist despite very low initial quantities of DETOX-CELL, for more than 24 hours, STOP your DETOX-CELL regime and discuss with your healthcare practitioner.

Natural Menopause Relief SecretsMenopause and the early signs of menopause is just a part of life. The symptoms that follow are physiological changes that occur in the lives of every woman.

Menopause is a normal and natural body change in a woman, and this may halt the menstrual cycles each month. Menopause occurs in a woman, as she grows older. A much more simple way of putting this is “the change” in the life of a woman.

The early signs of menopause are clues to the commencement of the symptoms of menopause. It generally occurs in women aged between 40-50 years. If a woman younger than 40 experiences the symptoms of menopause, this is usually referred to as a sequence of a future event.

Some of the early signs of menopause, or perimenopause and premenopause may be:

    · Mood swings
    · Depression
    · Chronic fatigue
    · Headaches
    · Monthly cycle changes
    · Body hair change
    · Pain, aches and cramps
    · Yeast infections
    · Blood sugar fluctuations
    · Water retention
    · Night sweats
    · Sleep pattern changes
    · PMS increase
    · Love life interest loss
    · Vaginal lubrication decreases

Below are a few early signs of menopause, and with it are the reasons behind them.

    Monthly Cycle Changes

These cycles are determined by the ovaries of a woman. Hormones allow women, during ovulation, to produce the egg. Menopause modifies a women’s cycle, resulting in hormonal imbalance. However, this can also occur in a woman, way before menopause, and the reason could be that the woman has poor nutrition and diet.

    PMS Increase

This occurs in every woman at the start of puberty. During menopause, the PMS could either increase in intensity or in frequency. PMS is a very common form of imbalance, and intensifies during menopause. Women, who experience PMS very early in life, will experience severe effects before they enter the stage of menopause.

    Depression and Mood Swings

This is not something that is just in your mind. Research has shown that hormonal changes affect the moods of people. There are hormones that can make a person passive while others make them more relaxed. Some hormones can also make a person energetic and active. When a person enters menopause, the hormonal imbalance affect the emotional state of the person, and this can cause aggressive behavior, mood swings and depression.

    Hot Flashes

Does the lack of estrogen in a woman’s body during menopause result in hot flashes? If it is true then hot flashes should continue from the start of menopause to the end of a woman’s life. But this does not happen. The truth behind hot flashes is that, it is the result of the woman’s body trying to deal with hormonal imbalance by boosting the metabolism. In addition, a woman’s adrenal glands get the “wrong” signals because of these imbalances and this comes down to a lot of unwanted energy being pushed out.

    Pains, aches and chronic fatigue

Aches, pains and chronic fatigue are symptoms that result from other warning signs. If you suffer from a lack of sleep and depression, these could lead to pains, aches and the result is low energy. Older women try crash diets in order to stay looking young and slim. However, it has been proved that crash diets can drop energy levels, because they lack nutrition.

    Vaginal lubrication decreases

When a woman’s estrogen levels drop during menopause, this causes a drying and thinning of the vaginal walls, leading to less lubrication. Intercourse becomes painful and this could result in this activity coming to a stop. There is also a chance that the cause could be that the woman does not consume enough water, and the simplest solution to this problem could be increasing the water intake.

    Love life interest loss

This usually is the result of a lack of estrogen. Hormones are the fuel that is needed for sexual intercourse. With hormonal imbalance, most women lack the desire to have intercourse. This coupled with depression- that comes with menopause- can leave the most beautiful woman feeling unattractive and old.
